Saugeen Triathlon Mega Day

A huge thank-you to the Saugeen Triathlon club for my invitation to lead the spin session and teach one of the lectures during the in-class. I had a blast! I hope to partner up with that group again in the near future. Best of luck to everyone as they continue to train for the 2010 season.
