Sorry for the lack of postings this spring/summer session. I have been updating things via Twitter since the spring. So much time has past to play catch up on here. Currently we are mid-way through the second session of Chappell's Racing BMX camps for this summer. Lots of new faces and thanks again for all those riders who have returned. Road Races, Duathlons, and Martins Bike Shop 5 Days in the Dirt are to come. Congrats to all the athletes I have worked with this spring and summer racing all over Ontario and North America! A huge Ironman Bike split Personal Best by one the of CR crew as well. Great things happen when you are active. Check us out on twitter for more info.
